 Planning Plus 2 is absolutely Brilliant, this software has blown me away. I have pressured Gavin to deliver since the Trade Expo & that he has. Planning is easy. It provides clarity & expectation to the shop floor & builds efficiency without doubt.  It also provides instant up to date visual control to all people in the business. The changes already made to improve the program since installation has re-instilled my belief that you can be heard. I have caught myself laughing at how easy it is to plan my work. My biggest problem now is keeping it from my competitors.

 So the anticipation of waiting for “Planning Plus 2” after seeing Gavin’s new product at the Melbourne show is over!! & I must say it is even better than what I saw at the show. Well done Gavin for taking on board some of the comments made at the show & improving the product even more. You can tell Gavin’s back ground is from the trade because he has managed to keep a great program very simple to use for both staff & management yet the program is far from simple with all the fabulous features &  reports that you are able to produce as well.

 After installation my management team spent probably all of an hour with Gavin on a phone training session & we were away running! How easy can it get! We have placed screens in both the Panel & Paint shops so the guys are able to see at a glance what there next job is without running to the now obsolete planning board all the time.  We have used Planning Plus for many years & wouldn’t be without it. I can’t wait to get the new version into our second shop.

After converting from the spreadsheets to Planning Plus with the Auto-Quote import built in and having access on 3 computers and my laptop we now have the complete package for planning, managing, recording and analyzing the performance our our team. I then added Numbers Plus to complete the overall business analysis. The major benefit of Numbers Plus is that I can review any period or year or multiple years in seconds. Thank you Gavin for a great product and supporting beyond support.

We have just coverted from Planning Plus 1 with the planning boards to the Electronic Planning Plus 2 running on 4 workstations. What a huge difference, we can now plan the work for our second site down the road from our mian office. We can see at a glance what jobs are being worked on & what tasks have been completed or are getting behind. The staff adapted in minutes & our reports basically write themself when the task is complete. The support is always there (something that seems to be missing in this industry). We also use Gavin's consultancy service, so for us our needs are more than met.
